Insurance and reimbursement, without the fantasy

Most patients pay for treatment in China themselves and then claim what their policy allows. Our job is to make the claim possible. We cannot make it succeed — that is decided by your insurer.

What we provide

  • Itemised hospital invoices in English
  • Procedure and diagnosis codes
  • Proof of payment
  • Discharge summary and medical report
  • Treatment plan, dated and signed
  • Our own service invoice, itemised separately

What we cannot do

  • Guarantee that your claim is approved
  • Bill your insurer directly unless they have agreed in writing
  • Advise on the specifics of your policy — that is a question for your insurer
  • Retroactively create documentation for treatment you arranged elsewhere
Before you travel, do one thing: call your insurer, ask specifically whether treatment outside your country of residence is covered, and get the answer in writing. Patients who skip this step are the ones who get an unpleasant surprise. If your insurer needs a letter from the hospital first, tell us and we will request it.
